IMPORTANT BIDDING RULES AND CONDITIONS (Last updated February 12^th, 2021)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING
All bidding shall be conducted in Canadian funds.
 
REGISTRATION:
Customers will need a register an account to log in to JLB Sport Rarities Inc. Auctions

BIDDING PERIOD:
You may begin bidding as soon as you have an account set up. The final day of bidding for the entire auction is listed on the live auctions page as well as each lot page.
 
The initial bidding period will close at 10:00 PM EST on the date above. 
 
ABSENTEE BIDS:
We encourage early and absentee bidding if do not want to stay up on the final day of the auction. The auction site will place bids, on your behalf, up to the maximum amount only if the absentee bid is raised by another bidder. If we receive two absentee bids of the same amount, the first one placed will be the high bidder. For example, if you have a current high bid at $500 and have placed an absentee bid up to a maximum of $1,000 and another bid comes at $600, your absentee bid will automatically raise the high bid to $660. This will continue until your maximum bid has been reached. If there are no other bids, you will win the lot for $660, plus the buyer’s premium. All absentee bids will remain confidential.

BIDDING INCREMENTS:
Items will be sold to the highest bidder at the close of the auction. Opening Bids cannot be lower than the minimum bid. After the opening bid, the minimum bid increment is greater of $5 above the previous high bid. JLB Sport Rarities Inc. reserves the right to accept or refuse any or all bids. By placing a bid in this auction, the bidder confirms the acceptance of all the rules and conditions of sale as mentioned here. JLB Sports Rarities Inc.’s record of final sale shall be conclusive.
 
WINNING BIDS AND SHIPPING:
Winning bidders are responsible for shipping and handling costs which will be added and include shipping, packing, and materials. Items shipped to Canadian residents are subject to HST or GST. International bidders are also responsible for any customs, duties, or brokerage fees. All packages will be sent with a tracking number. Items can also be picked up, by appointment, directly at our office located at 3608 Saint-Charles Blvd, Suite 37-A, Kirkland, QC. H9H 3C3, Canada. Please contact our office to make pick-up arrangements.

RETURNS:
Items may be returned within two weeks only if the item does not match the description. Otherwise, all sales are final. Please note that your invoice, payment status, and shipping information will be available online by logging into your account.
 
PAYMENT:
Invoices will be sent by email to the winning bidders. Those who have not received their invoice within 5 days of the auction should contact us. Payment is due within 7 days after notification. Failure to pay invoices promptly will result in the suspension of your auction privileges. Title shall not pass to the successful bidder until all invoices are paid in full.
Methods of payment accepted are VISA, Master Card, PayPal, certified checks, email transfer, wire transfer, and bank drafts. 
 
AUTHENTICITY:
All items sold with JLB Sport Rarities Inc. hologram and COA come with our lifetime guarantee for authenticity. JLB Sport Rarities Inc. also guarantees the authenticity of each item it sells for a period of two years from the date of the auction. JLB Sport Rarities Inc. determined to protect the customer and each item that does not include JLB Sport Rarities Inc. hologram and COA will be authenticated by a trusted partner or an outside authenticator.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS:
Placement of a bid in this auction constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
